Did you receive any response? My AOR date was 6th Dec 2003. Sent my documents in Aug 2008 and am still waiting for a response.

NY IT returns means New York IT returns or something else?
It means after filing the app. you went to the US.

Did you send them the IELTS results in your original application? Or did you send them with your updated documents? I have a similar AOR date as yours and had sent the IELTS alongwith my original application in 2003. Hence, did not reappear for the IELTS examination. My case is still under processing.

I SUBMITTED THEM THE IELTS REULT IN AUG 2008 WHEN THEY ASKED FOR.. BECAUSE THE IELTS REULT IS VALID FOR ONE YEAR ONLY

hey buddy,
I also have an AOR of 16 jan 04, i sent them IELTS along with my original application, they asked for update docs in June 08, but no response after that.
Did they explicitly say to you that IELTS is valid for 1 year and u send us the new result?

Sikhengineer,
Probably Ajitkumar didn't submit IELTS initially with his app. & therefore was required to do so in 2008. Even I submitted my IELTS result in Dec.2003 along with my initial app. & updated in Sep. 2008. Nothing after that!
