Hi dreamy1981,

Just like you I had submitted my updated docs on March 17, 2009 without the IELTS, I only sent jsutification letter. As to date, there is no update yet.
May I ask if during your submission of docs without the IELTS, did you send justification letter? ANd how many approximate points you have without the IELTS?
I need the 16 points in language to complete the 67 points. I'm quite worried because I have low points, and CIC might deny my application because no IELTS. I have schedule on June 13 to take the IELTS but I have not inform the CIC yet. Im hesistant if I should inform them or better wait for their next update; hopefully not rejection of my application.

Thanks and good luck to us.

you have applied around the same date as me. Did you apply through SAP? And did you order CAIPS notes whilst you waited for you updated docs request? If yes..can u tell me if they stick to the bf date on the notes? I have a bf date of 3rd Oct 09.

Hi Dreamy1981,

I have sent email to London office for my IELTS sched which will be on June 13th and also the receipt.

Congrats for the Medical Request.
