Hi,

My consultant/agent updated me that he recieved the document update letter from embassy, and mentions in his e-mail to provide new set of application forms inorder to update developments since my application. Is this necessary? Please note for past two years i had updates to my original application like, my location, my maritial status, etc. and every time i updated consultant/agent providing necessary documents.

Please clarify the following

1) Is it neccessary to resubmit all my application forms?
2) what is the normal time frame provided by the embassy to update the documents?
3) Does the time to update documents start from the date embassy posts document update letter?
4) Is it possible to establish direct contact with embassy at this stage and cancel Authorization to my consultant/agent?

I thank you in advance for taking out your valuable & precious time.

Regards,
Abdul Khaliq

Hi,

this is standard practice, it is normally identified as a "60 or 90 day request" before they start the final processing.

Our consultant gave us PDF's with current data, all that we did was update any changes and then return them to the
consultant.

My advise, get them done ASAP, we messed about and lost time compared to others. The quicker you get them in the faster the medical request will happen, if your application is successful.

I would not cancel authorisation at this point, in any case you have most likely paid them most of the money, right?

Cheers

Bob
