Hi, I see that you have applied for the QSW and I'm intereste in doing so as well. I'm from Morocco too and live in New Jersey, USA. I don't know how to start the process. I looked into the website and checked all the requirements but I'm not sure how to get the CSQ. Did you apply on your own or did it through a lawyer/consultant? I want to go through the process and I thought it would be helpful to discuss it with someone who has gone through it. Please let me know if you are willing to help.

Hi BL1111,
Sorry for the late reply, I have applied through a consultant. My wife used to study in montreal so she obtained a diploma awarded by a Québec teaching institution, therefore she was eligible to submit an application. I graduated from USA working on H1 and added my file to hers after we got married. is been quite sometimes that I ve done that so I don't remember the details. I know one freind who has gone through the process on his own and I beleive he refered to the website bellow
http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/permanent-workers/epi.html
you can do an evaluation online to see if you have enough point to qualify, then go through the rest of the steps they have a link where you can download the needed forms/documents and all
If I have to advice you I would suggest that you proceed with a consultant, they are cheaper than lawyers and some of them are good. many provide free initial consultation, they will tell you from the start wether you qualify or not, so call a couple and ask as much questions before you commit with any of them. I have a freind who had a lawyer in Morocco fill in the information for him.
I hope you the best in your quest, good luck
