i had applied for my fresh H4 EAD in Nov 2019 and applied for renewal this year. Biometric from previous application were applied to my new case. So, if you have your biometric done within a year there are chances that they may use the same due to covid.

The case was denied on 01/05/2018. Filled an MTR that was received om 02/05. Approached congressman and ombudsman for expediting the case. My case was finally approved on 04/20.
