LUD on 07/31/2007. SR on 11/26/2007. Soft LUD on 12/07/2007 and talked with my employer. They told me that they had got the response for SR. They forwarded me the email of USCIS. It says that my NC is pending. What do they have to do with NC for H1B. Isn'
