i was on vacation to India, I came back to US on Feb 24th, and on Feb 26th, the case was approved. And after couple of weeks, i received the card. I assume, they are placing the application on hold if we are outside the country.

H1, H4/EAD filed at the same time as regular. On 01/08/20, H1 upgraded to premium. Called USCIS to expedite and it was rejected. Update - H4 approved on 01/24. Update - EAD Approved on 02/13 and received card on 02/19
