We ported my wifes Apr 2008 EB3 to EB2, Earlier i had a EB2 with Priority date Feb 2010. Once we interfiled it took only about 1 month to get the cards(including the medical RFE). The case status tracking updates from USCIS were very helpful and accurate.

Since we are having a baby we informed CIC about it after we got the PP request. They replied asking us to disregard the request and wait for the baby to be born and get some tests and submit some forms. Submitted the baby medicals in Nov 2011 no response
