LUD 10/04-case transferred NSC to TSC - EAD CARDs for me and wife arrived TODAY!!!!! Transfered to California-no LUD - Called IO - nothing new. I-765 renewal 7/18/08 - I-765 LUD 08/21/08 card production ordered-Soft LUD 09/22/08-09/23/08 APROVED!!!!!!!

Lawyer wrongfully filed I-140 as EB3 instead of EB2. Form was approved as EB3 on SEP 22 2008. This new I-140 is filed as an amendment with the intention to correct the lawyer's mistake. SLUD RFE response received by USCIS 60 days to final answer
