Rejection notice received on 20-Oct-12 saying that my priority date is not yet available. Which is rather strange because it is available. They have returned everything back, checks uncashed. I guess I have to just resubmit the papers.

Suddenly I realized that my I-140 was done under EB3, not EB2. When we filed the I-140, we chose the wrong checkbox. We since filed for another I-140 under EB2 this time. What a waste of time and money now.

This case was filed together with I-140 amendment + pp + I-485. For amendments, Premium Processing is not allowed, and Concurrent Filing isn't allowed as well. So this case has been returned to me and I am waiting for my I-140 approval now.
