Im "pre-approved" Before I get approved 2 things need to happen: (1) Obviously visa dates need to become current (2) 2 A#s(from 140 & 485) need to be combined...will happen this week and apparently per the IO, should be a max of 1 week process. No I-94 s were taken, nothing abt DUI (xcept made sure FBI records matched....the case # were different from the police/court # to the FBI #..but he said that is OK)...no questions abt LC sub...took originals of 1 paystub, kids birth cert, all original court docs, EVL Interview lasted 20 mins.....now need to wait for the visa to become available... Infopass on 02-01-2009: The IO who interviewed had not requested my 2 A#s to be consolidated...even though he had promised me during the interview on 01-13-2009 that he would order for my other file. I had doubted this and hence took this infopass. The IO who I met on 02-01 was helpful as he sent an email in front of me to the Natl Recs Center to ship my 140 case and the A# associated with it to Atlanta to be consoilidated. Infopass on 02-19-2009: Trying to follow up to see if m file had arrived...wasnt xpecting it...but wanted to meet an IO regard less to kind of nudge them...was surprised to hear that my file did arrive earlier that day (morning of 02-19-2009). waiting for the actual consolidation to happen now.
