after unsatisfactory response of ability o pay RFE on 140, I got the denial of 140 that caused the denial of 485. Then my lawyer filed MTR and that got approved and so my all 140 and 485 got approved. Technically there was no RFE on my 485

MTR Responded by Vaman Kidambi, Kidambi Associates. Finally got the approval of MTR. With in the same day I140 got approved and 485 in post decision activity. Thanks God..!
