- Stupid reason after waiting for 600+ days: During advertisement my company had provided two DOL address Atlanta and Chicago. As per DOL only one address needs to be provided because it can be misleading hence violation of regulation.

Approved. This is my second PERM with another company. Question: My first PERM was with another company. It was denied and currently in BALCA. Would you recommend withdrawing the application? Or let it stay and wait for BALCAs response.
