Random audit 12/21/2012. The only thing they asked of me was the Attestation of No payment. Supervised Recruitment was ordered by DOL 12/18/2013, in addition. SR report submitted to DOL 07/03/14. 11/11/14 DOL found one qualifying aplicant.

Update: as of 12/18/2013, supervised recruitment ordered for my case. Draft recruitment letters sent to DOL. 04/04/14 DOL approved ad drafts. SR report submitted to DOL by employer on 07/03/14. 11/11/14 DOL found one qualifying aplicant.
