Hello Everyone, I just came back from my Interview and it went well. The IO was very professional and he did not smile or joke at all during the 50 mins interview. Me and my husband were scheduled for different timings but we were called together. He could not find out why our case is called for interview. And tried to approve it immiediately but could not do it because visa numbers are not current. Following are the details - - IO told us to take oath and say just the truth - he started to look my husband's file and asked about all H1 papers - then asked for birth certificate and marraige certificate - Asked for Employment letter - Asked all basic 485 questions - then he started to look at my file and asked basic 485 questions - looked at all visa papers and both of ours passports - he took our I94 - he asked if we have any kids, we said yes but he did not ask our baby's birth cerificate - he asked alll the copanies names where we both worked - then he looked at the file on the computer and said all the security checks are done but he cannot approve us because visa numbers are not current I could see that on my husband's file its written 'APPROVED' .... so now we are just waiting for visa numbers to be available.... lets see... Hope this information helps..
