Hi, My H1B extension is filed on 24-Jun-2013 in California service center but in USCIS it shows processing time as 2 months. Have any of you filed on the same day and got the extension approved?

I heard that if I94 and I797 is expired we can initiate consular processing to obtain the I797 approval. If it's permium processing will it be approved within 10 business day or not? Can someone share details abt consular processing overall approval %
