Wanted proof of my older Priority date. We sent in copies of my previous employer's I-140 approval and Labor certificate.

UPDATED Dec 4th 2009... We were finally able to retain my old Priority Date of Jan 2004 last week. USCIS put the date of my current employer on I-140 approval because my ex employer revoked my I-140. We have requested a PD portability of January 2004

BS + 5 .. had I140 approved through Previous employer with PD of jan 2004.. just few days away from current visa bulletin cut off dates.. Filing I140 anytime soon..
