Comapny A filed my greencard. I changed company A to company B after my 140 got approved. I changed back to Comapny A after dates became current. USCIS record still has my employer as Company B. They want evidence of a position being open in Company A

Notice Date 29th Jan 2013. Received paper notices on 2nd Feb. As of 7th March application is in Initial Review. EAD and AP approved and Card Production on March 8th for both me and my wife. got combo cards on 14th March approved for 2 years

I raised SR on 2/23 to expedite on potential financial loss basis, 2/24 it got assigned to officer, 3/2 it got assigned to supervisor and no response after that as of 3/4. My EAD expires on 3/7 so I will be taken off payroll by my employer after that.
