Apparently because my wife's fingerprints didn't register well on the system. Otherwise, nothing odd came up during the interview.
cleared
Very pleasant experience. The facility in Orlando is great, very nice building, clean, ample. We met our attorney at the door, and he walked in with us. We had three separate hours for the three of us (Husband, wife and son). We were called all together after 30 minutes by a very polite officer, went to his office. He took our oath, told us that our priority dates are not current, which we knew, and also told us that when we submitted our application (it was on August 2007, during all the visa fiasco, back then) our dates wern't current. I was lucky (and thanks to all the posts in Trackitt) to bring the memo from USCIS that stated that applications filed before August 17th 2007 were fine. Otherwise this could have been a real problem for us. Once he had the memo, he was at ease and moved on. Asked typical questions based on the petition, confirmed home address, EVL, 2008 taxes, and made copies of all. Then he saw that my wife's fingerprints were not cleared, and he said that this is quite normal, and requested for a Clearance of criminal record from the State. Something you mail, and will receive on the mail as well. He requested us to mail him this clearance once we get it, and gave us 35 days to have this done. After that, he asked us if we had any questions, and answered them very well. Our attorney asked him a couple of procedure questions, and that was pretty much it. It feels good to have this one behind, and I guess, now the waiting game begins, tracking visa bulletins until my priority date is current, hopefully in October... Thanks to all who posted here. It is very useful and informative.

Guys, if you filed on August 2007 - Make sure you bring the Update memo from USCIS. It was a life saver for us.
