case not found online. When called said they have issues with USCIS automation system. Very frustrating, whenever I call them they say case is "processing"

OPT case: Approved in 88 days (10 days more than average)

case not found online. When called said they have issues with USCIS automation system. Very frustrating..... Very very difficult to be patient, but had to! Call congressman, it's much faster.....!
