APPROVED!, we started recruitment 15 days before submitting the PW application, and couple of days after they stop issuing PW's due the court issue they had, therefore my recruitment was before PW validity dates. but I think they took in consideration the

June 25, I drove to Fresno, CA (I am living 100miles from Fresno) I had my interview in Fresno, CA June 25, 2012 Trigger: I had a detention (not arrest) and released within hours, no criminal record. We came at 12:00, moved up to 3rd floor We left the notice letter in the box and waited about 12:50 IO called us we took the otha then sat Started interview with me (principal applicant), while my wife was in the same room next to my chair, and my child waiting outside of the office Officer was very polite and nice, and all times I felt like she want to help me, I did not expect that kind of service and profesionalism Office asked me the following questions Full name Address Phone Occupation Name of your company your EVL your last I-94 when and where was the first time you entered in the US Note: Have you been = HYB IO HYB deported Me NO IO HYB in removal Me: NO IO HYB arrested or detained: Me:YES, Detained and released within hours due a false accusation, IO: Do you have documentation? Me: Yes, here is the original papers police gave me, IO Are these "certified by the court? Me: No, case was never a case, there is no records IO: I need a court certified document stating that Me: Even if is no criminal record? IO: Yes, here is a RFE Me: Can I take it personally, Next month I will be retrogressed. Me: No, IO: Here is the form, please fill it and send it together with your certified report RFE had a handwritten note by IO "Please notify Officer XXXX when applican came, visa to regress next month" and a uscis stamp and that's 100% of the questions made June 26, I drove to from My city to Los Angeles (250miles) to get my certified non-criminal record I was sent to recods building, after 1hr clerk told me this office is for ciminial not for non-criminal, go to this addresss I went and got my certified non-criminal record $25 Then I drove from Los angeles to fresno (350 miles) to USCIS I came at 1:45pm, guards told me all IO are in training, we can not take anything then I drove 100miles back to my house June 27 (this morning) I drove again to Fresno I came at 7:45am guard sent me to information information teller told me with the most prepotent and burocratic mode, and after I been waiting 10 min infront of her watching her serving and drinking her coffe "She is busy and you can not talk with her" Me: officer sent us for this documents and if I dont give her this my case will be delayed until next year" stupid clerk: Yes, but you can not you need to mailed or just dropped here and I will put it in the bundle Me: Does she will get the documents today? Sutupid clerk: No, somebody will take it and process it I will not writte what I been thinking at that time if not trackitt will kick me for being obscene so, Me: ok I will dropp it thank you for your time and service. My case was move from interview to initial review.
