did you mention any reason for our early extension?

hi tomerps, no need to specify early extension.
HitenGPatel: if you are trying to book appointment online, u will never get it. Better call the home office number and get the appointment.

I have made a offcial complaint to ukba and than biometric people have called me up and assured me that they will book an appointment for me within next 1-2 week. After 1-2 follow up emails they emailed me with a booking date and reference number.

@hitengpatel
Are you applying with dependents or single applicant? Can you please let me know what kind of complaint should we make and also the where to place the complaint.

You can send complaint via email at [email protected]' .
Please be polite in your wordings. Express you concern and what you are going through.
Don’t give any impression to UKBA that you are blaming them but just convenience them that you are going through a difficult time and its difficult for you to hold on phone call and wait to get an appointment.

hi ddpatel, You dont need to be personally present when the coutier guys (theDX) come to your place, but you need make sure someone else is there to receive your courier and he/she must have your identity proof (passport/licence) with them to receive your biometrics card.

cheers
