Did you send the university letter stating that your degree was taught in English ?

Well i have sent the both the letter from university & the degree certificate. Probably, they mistook the degree certificate to marks card, b'coz the consolidated marks and the provisional certificate are in the same certificate. I am going to request for review. Pls suggest if any precautions to be taken while sending request for review. Thx
