they didn't sent me any email,i saw that approval date in the passport is 13 october,and i received papers today i.e 18th of october

Hi tester, I got rejected due the funds less than £800 for a period of 5 days with in the claimed three months period. Can I apply immediatly with the updated bank statements? Please let me know if you know any thing info about this?
