which consultant r u using and can u advice me if i dont have IT RETURN than wich document can i produce alternative to that..

I have filed through www.internationalworkpermits.com. My consultant suggested me only to submit my IT return as against to the Form 16 as the HO regards IT returns as authentic. But, I'm not sure if this is fully true. I gave my IT returns as I had it.

ok so it returns r important .... can u i use the letter by my employer which states my gross salary and bank statements to prove my earnings with my pay slips

You need to submit the letter from your employer stating your income and also bank statements. But, I dont think so you can use these two in lieu of the IT returns.

As i ws in UK fr last 2 yrs ths why i m showing my indian work experience before that .. ths why i dnt have anything...but i can arrange those documents...

jus jokingly can i make it fake...IT RETURNS..LOL

I submitted only my latest IT return...U dont have to worry abt past 2 yrs returns as long as you have the latest one..And as far as fake docs are concerned....never go for it...

Yeah, I guess we should have the ref no by now..Did you try contacting your solicitor?

i called my solicitor he said he posted my case on last wednesday and when i called homeoffice they said they dnt have any case with my name. AS my girlfriend works in home office UK she also told me the same..i dnt knw wats happening...


i thought using uk based consultant will make things more quick but its making it more slow....

I suggest you to write an email to HO asking for it. this is what i did after a week post receipt of my file.

how did u know that ur application got approved without seeing the document? did u got any mail from HSMP office?
