False harassment charges. No arrest involved but had arrest warrant. Charges Dismissed after looking into facts. Case did not even go to prosecution since it was false charges.No conviction,fine or probation. Had interview in local office and was approved

Interview was at 8:30 am. Went with the attorney. AO was a chinese woman. She called our names and took us to her room. Asked me and my wife to swear in. After swearing-in, she verified Address/firstname/lastname. Asked a lot of Yes/No questions mentioned in the 485. She herself told that we were brought in for the interview because of criminal record. Asked for the court disposition. She was not satisfied with the disposition letter which had "County name" as letterhead instead of Court name. My attorney defended saying different court systems have different kind of disposition letter. She was reluctantly satisfied with it later. She wanted to know the details of the case. I told a few sentences and wrapped it up. She was keen on knowing more and asked for the police report. I did not have the police report and said I dont have it. Asked for copies of VISA page of the passport. It was missing in both mine and my wifes list of documents. Handed over the copies. Asked us about Birth Certificates, Birth-certificate did not have my name. I showed her the affidavit and she verified the complete name. Asked my wife to show proof of marriage, we gave photos of marriage, utility bills, lease agreement,bank-statements,copy of car title. Checked my medical - said my TB test had big reaction. I just laughed. Did not ask for any reports. Initially I was thinking taking the attorney was useless. But later I decided to take the attorney and it was worth it. My attorney was able to handle so many of the questions which I could have stumbled on. At the end of the interview she said she will try her best to get the case approved within that same day. Case was approved within 6 hours after the interview. Email sent with Card/Document Production ordered at 2:00 PM.

Can you share if your case was dismissed without any conviction.. I am assuming you were arrested initially and then case was dismissed and u did not have to serve time or do any community service etc...
