Congrats! Hope the process will be much smoother for you from now on. Did your employer not tell you about your approval until y'day? coz, as per your 4th oct post, you were still waiting for the approval but your approval was on 2nd oct!! Are you FTE or EVC? Do you have a masters from US? How big (employee-wise) is your company? Please let me know. Thanks!

Do you know what your lawyer had put down for field H.12 for the form 9089?

It would really help in determining if my case will go for audit or not.

My attorney notified me after they received the hard copy. I am an FTE from fortune 500 company in bay area. I dont have masters from US

JAgan01::I have no clue on what they have filed. I just signed on the page what they send to me
