Any updates on your PERM status?

My PD 05/02/2012 and still waiting for updates, wonder what would take the DOL so long to look at some cases. in my case this is my second PERM. First PERM was denied after a long two years. FTE fortune 500 company and everyone who applied after me got the approval. I am using the same employer experience about one year towards the MS+3 requirement for this PERM (job titles and duties are different)

Could you please share your case, is this your second PERM or are you using the same employers experience.

I know it is frustratating, hopefully you will recieve your approval soon.

This is my first PERM application. I have never done consulting and my previous employer which is a big investment bank denied to file for my PERM application, so I had to join consulting. I have 18 months left on my H1 visa and I have MS from USA with 9 years of experience. My PERM application is in EB2. Don't know why I got standard audit when I have all relevant experience...

This is my second PERM from a different consulting firm. I have only 11 months left on my H visa so a bit of tensed but hope everything would go fine.

What is the difference between your 1st and 2nd PERM? Other than different consulting Firm, did you submit any extra docs that were not submitted the first time?

WOW case created and submitted on the same date. great.

Normally there is a difference from case create date to submit date.

Does A # mean anything. My A number is A-13085-XXXXX. But my PD is 04/30.
I am sure I still fall in line after people with 4/29 PD. right?

It seems your PERM application was drafted during 3rd of March but was finally submitted on 30th April. Don't worry and have faith in Almighty, you'll hear good news soon.
