Recapturing old EB3 Priority Date (12/12/2007) and re-applying in EB2 with new employer. Re-application date: May-24-2012. (Update 8/1) Received email from attorney that the perm was approved on 7/26 !!

I'm doing the same but my old priority date I believe when the visa opens up In October will be current god willing as it is fen 2007.

Yes okc72.. I believe you will be current when the visa bulletin for October comes out.. The guidance is that it will start around August or September 2007 and stay there for first 3-4 months into the new fiscal year..
