The CO misinterpreted the wording in the audit response for the travel requirements question. He assumed that the employee could be present anywhere in the country irrespective of the job location. The atty has submitted the appeal to clear this misunderstanding. Hopefully the CO would understand it this time!

My PERM was also denied recently in May and lawyer already submitted the appeal few days after receiving the denial letter. May I know when did your attorney submitted the reconsideration letter and when did you hear the second denial from CO? This would help me estimate when I would get a response for my appeal. Thank you in advance.
