Hi - if you don't mind sharing, what field do you work in, i.e. IT, finance role, etc. I am in investment banking front office and my perm was just filed. Heard that finance is getting audited almost certainty because of layoffs. Also, what is your experience profile, i.e. MBA/MS or BS + x years of experience for perm filing. Just wanted to get a sense of trends. Good luck with the rest of the process.

The field is IT(Software Engineer). The min job requirement was BS + 1 year exp. Hope this helps. Good Luck to you.
