I might need a 3 rd PERM, my first one was denied after 2 years, second one PD 05/02/2012 - still in proceess. all with the same employer, did you change teh job title if yes are you using teh same employers experience with a diffrent job title ? my second one is MS + 3 and two years are with the same employer.

no i didn't change the title. its a same for all three except couple of tweak in salary and travel in the notice of filing and AD.

I got SR notice on Aug 1st week and got approval Feb last week About 7 months total.

all resumes goes to DOL in SR processing. then they will shortlist and send it to employer. for my case around 20-25 resumes they got to interview.
