Do you know what your lawyer had put down for field H.12 for the form 9089?

It would really help in determining if my case will go for audit or not.

YES. It also depends weather the requirements are really valid or not. Just putting Yes, does not mean it will not go thru audit.

Well according to the description of the field - Normal requirement maps to BS + few years of work ex and above normal maps to MS + few years of work ex.

So answering YES means normal and NO means above normal. Anyways, the trend seems to be that the applications answering YES are not getting audited.
