Do you know what your lawyer had put down for field H.12 for the form 9089?

It would really help in determining if my case will go for audit or not.

Just checked...he had selected option 'No'

Awesome. You are the only one that I have found who did not get an Audit inspite of selecting H.12 field as 'No'.

One more question. Are you applying to Nebraska center OR Texas Center. Do you mind telling the state where you are employed as that is what determines your processing center.

My employer and attoney based in Virginia ...my client is in California
I am not sure about the processing center
