Was given 30 days to respond. On 9/4/2013 was advised by HR that DOL has requested Supervised Recruitment. On 12/12/13 submitted final recruitment report. FINALLY!!!! APPROVED!!! Guys, don't give up hope when you receive supervised recruitment notice.

hello, any updates to your case? per DoL website, they are processing application with priority date of July 31st 2012.

Not sure how many resumes were received. Lawyer said there were "quite a few".
