I heard thru my attorney hopefully it's correct

The dol website doesn't show anything

I have been looking at it. I'll check thru next few days I'll let you know if
It shows up,, you will hear your approval in couple days I believe

yeah ...Lawyer will file in 1 0r 2 weeks .. thinking of filing Premium Processing ..what say ?? ...

i m validating premium processing, based on the i-140 tracker it seems the total time taken to process may take longer than 4 months sometimes for regular processing. may the good luck stays with us...

hello Gcaspirer,

My PERM got denied with the same reasons as yours. Can you please let me know how can i proceed. how did you file your MTR process. Did you file under govt error or reconsideration under CO?
