gcaspeirer : i was denied for the same exact 2 reasons..

how are you proceeding on this ?

gcaspier : Did you apply for a MTR Yet ? if so when did you do that.. whats the status.. i applied mine on 19th..

my lawyer applied on 18th ...do update the tracker ..

what is the good news on your appeal?

I am tired of waiting

Looks like they ate still on hold

same with me, appealed first week of august, still no response..

I am fed up.. still waiting appeal sent july 18

I think everyone will get theirs certified in couple days

I heard thru my attorney hopefully it's correct

The dol website doesn't show anything

I have been looking at it. I'll check thru next few days I'll let you know if

yeah ...Lawyer will file in 1 0r 2 weeks .. thinking of filing Premium Processing ..what say ?? ...

i m validating premium processing, based on the i-140 tracker it seems the total time taken to process may take longer than 4 months sometimes for regular processing. may the good luck stays with us...

My PERM got denied with the same reasons as yours. Can you please let me know how can i proceed. how did you file your MTR process. Did you file under govt error or reconsideration under CO?
