issued by a certifying officer. But he/she should have asked for more items if your application didn't look strong! I think you'll be fine.

Sponsoring company is pretty big. But its a consultancy so not sure how thats going to effect the case. They are in the top 20 of the visa and green card sponsors.

did you check with ur lawyer that when ur answer is coming. june PD is already started.
Still pending!!! Company has its own legal department and they file the cases themselves. They said they will update me as soon as there is any update.
