received audit notice on Feb/7th.attorney said they sent out response on feb 28th. Just received notice. reason is the salary on the job order was lower than prevailing wage. That was a mistake made by the person who put the job order. Lawer appealed on F

Was your case approved by BALCA or Analyst?

I think it's analyst(Certifying officer). The guy request Balca to pass the case to him.

So CO requested the case on 27 Apr 2010 with letter of intent?

No It's BALCA that asked for the letter of intent.

So officially it's not certified. It is the co send out the letter for intention to certify and ask Belca to return the case to him. That is my understanding
