Very slow process, tracking from last 30 days, in every 10 days they are adding another 10 days in their processing times. 20 days back PERMs were getting approved within 130 days, 10 days back they were getting approved with 140 days, as of today they are taking more then 145 days!! hhmmmm....

DOL is adding 10days to their processing times every 7 days, currently they are taking 155+ days to review, more than 5 months, this was 2 moths in mid of 2012.

have you tried emailing plc.atlanta at dol.gov or following up with senators/congressmen or WH to expedite your case?

mine is april 15. what can we do about this delay? is there somoene in DOL we can write to?

I don't think we can do anything about this delay. If you have time you can try other avenues as you mentioned earlier like get in touch with senators/congressmen or WH to expedite your case but I doubt that will help!!!
Just wait, the PD is what is important and you already have it, the processing will take its time.
