I believe, as of today, no perm is getting processed due to Government shutdown.

in the same boat. did they start processing may 2013? which audit applications are they currently reviewing?

Hello ksingh2005. I saw in your posts that you had applied for 8th year h1b extension based on pending perm. I had few questions around the same and I have posted in this thread. Can you suggest me with your inputs. Thanks in advance.

In simple words, If you have not completed more than 6 years in USA, recapture does not really work, you will get one more year extn but no recapture.....
