Final-f**king-ly. Just received word from the lawyer that my PERM was approved. Lawyer had responded previously with 9089 and extensive candidate information, in response to the audit. Thanks to everyone who helped out with information.

I hope so.

Btw, my ETA CASE number search doesn't show a result on the DOL site, even though my priority date is before yours. Does this mean that my PERM has been rejected?

Thanks, everyone! It's been an excruciating, year-long wait. I'm doing everything I can to premium process my I-140 ASAP.

Do you know how many days will it take before you get the original certificate? Also, is the originals needed to file 140/485?

i think it is required, not sure though. it will take one week to get the documents from DOL.
