Reasons for Denial from CO:
The Employer was required to list the alternative requirements for the offer of employment in its Job Order.
Documentation in support of the Employers employee referral program did not demonstrate that its employees were aware of the instant job opportunity.
Copies of the Employers mandatory print advertisement were ineligible.
My Law firm filed for Request For Reconsideration.
I am verifying DOL http://www.oalj.dol.gov/LIBINA.HTM daily so for i don't see my name.
If any body got this type of same denial reasons ? If so please share with us
what are my options? is it generic denial cause? does anybody have positive out come from Request for Reconsiderations? how long the wait?

Last Friday my name is Updated on http://www.oalj.dol.gov/LIBINA.HTM with, it imply's Request for reconsideration was not favored
and moved for Appeal in BALSA with longer processing time. my law firm is preparing for further Appeal once Notice of Docketing is received.
Its a disappointment.

Notice of Docketting was on date 7/10/2014. filed new perm with same employer but for different position on 8/29/2014. crossing my figures for further process updates.
