This very strange and today is May 22, and I am still not getting any updates for my priority date which was Oct 25, 2013, I am really worriied that if I got an RFE

Do you guys check with your lawyer or on the dolstats.com or ICert for your case status?

Like I said dolstats.com type in your Perm Case number which begins usually with A-XXXX-XXXXX or you can type in your employers Name usually they refresh there archive databases after midnight.

oh ok..I am aware about this. I thought you are referring to some thing else. Yes i have Dolstats.com NO update. Yesterday only i see some approvals from my employer but those are from Nov cases. I see most of them are waiting from September under my employer.

Is your lawyer communicating anything to yu, as to why it is taking time??
