My 2nd labor pending since April 2013. My first Labor approved I-140 approved and then company closed out of business. Audit replied still pending. Approved on November 21, 2014.

I see today one approval (see details below), according to current Audit cased procesed, mine will take another 4 month probably sometime around August 2014.
