Approximately by when will we come to know about the audit response for this date. Currently December 2013 audits are been processed

According to information got from attorney and my employer, i would have to wait atleast 9 more months to know the response. Are you in the same boat? what is your P.D?

My Priority date is 6 May 2014.
Currently Audit cases of PD December 2013 are been processed.

Yes, it seems like currently they have been processing for Dec 2013.
Your P.D is much ahead of me, mine is Sept 12, 2014

Yes my PD is ahead but still concern is that I am in my last year of 6 year H1.
And this date and my H1 completion date are very close

That's bad. Well, hope for the best. But, you should consult good attorney incase if this doesn't work out in worst case.
