Did you get the approval yesterday ? your PD is in August, I can relate to taht as my second PERM audit was delayed by at least 2 months compared to the times PERM approval/audit times in 2012.
Can you confirm that it took 264 days ?
My Thrid PERM was applied in Jan 2014. still waiting. First two got denied.
Is your 3rd from the same employer or different employer ?

Is your 2nd PERM and 3rd PERM come from same company? Do you use same PWD title and office title in your 2nd PERM and 3rd PERM?
