Congratulations Bud.. I am pretty much in the same situation. PD 07/02 and MAX Out on 01/25/2015..
Do you know if you will get I140 & H1B extension done by Dec 26th? Do you know if you will get any extension based on Approved PERM or do you need to wait till your I140 is approved and H1B extension is also approved?

My PERM also been applied on June 19th 2014. I haven't got any confirmation from my attorney on anything.. Is there any way, I can get information on my PERM case. Mine PERM is also of A-14170 series.

Hi mr indiawale, go to permchecker.com and set an alert for your A number. I did the same and got text msg and email on the same day I got the confirmation from my attorney.Looks like Permchecker gets it's info from DOL daily.

Thanks nsindia for the info! I have subscribed and checked the case number and seeing my case number has been certified. I will connect with my attorney to get the confirmation on the same. I hope my case actually got certified. Thanks for your help.

What does 'Certified' status mean - Is that under review or actually approved? Can someone please shed some light on this. Thx.

mrbond, I got my 140 approved today. So I still have time to apply for H1 extension. 15 more days for max out. Attorney said, even if we submit the h1 extenion before my max out date, we are good.

I hear from my friends that we can apply for extension while I-140 is pending but you may have to verify from some attorney if that is true if the perm was applied on the 6th year of H1B.
