I have a quick Q.. My wife has an approved i140 from her previous employer, that time we are not yet married so her carrying her maiden name that time. We are now here in the US as my wife under h1b status under a new employer and me as a H4 Visa.Now my concern if I can use her previous approved i140 to apply for the H4 EAD? I’m worried about her status was single when her i40 got approved
