I was told by my lawyer that it is a DOL error. They are planning to do a rebuttal. If you have any idea regarding how soon the rebuttal cases are responded to, I will greatly appreciate your help. Thank you!

Hello Jaysmith,

Do you know what the 'DOL error' is? my case got denied as well but attorney said DOL sent "Boiler plate" reponse saying some
documents were not inculded but he says those were inculded, so going to appeal. Is this considered as "DOL Error"??
