What is your A number please ? mine A-14289-*** and still waiting for same PD-10/17/14. Did you get email from your employer/Attorney. ?

Mine is A-14288-*****, for some reason it appears to be a day earlier than yours. My attorney probably opened the case the day before it was actually submitted.
I got email from Attorney. Good luck!
